Terms and Conditions

Ordering

All orders processed and shipped are strictly subject to these terms and conditions. No other terms and conditions provided by the Buyer shall apply to any order. Orders can be placed via our website, by e-mail, or fax. Orders are processed daily during standard business hours, typically within 24 hours of being received. Our standard office hours are 7:30am to 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday. Orders received after 5:30pm will be processed the following business day.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US dollars. All prices and product descriptions are subject to change without notice. If a selling price has changed, the Seller will notify the buyer prior to shipping the order. Seller’s payment terms are Net 30 days of invoice, unless otherwise stated. All first time Buyers or Buyers who have not ordered within one year will be required to prepay for their first order.

Shipping

All orders are shipped FOB/EX Works, Levittown, PA. Current standard shipping charges will be added to the invoice unless an alternative shipping account is provided. All Buyer’s orders are subject to a $9 handling fee for all regular shipments and $75 for bulk drum shipments. Shipments requiring cold packaging are subject to a $42 handling charge. Any international order over $2500 will be subject to an additional $10 handling fee for EEI filing.

J&W PharmLab’s products are subject to US export laws, regulations and international agreements. Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver due to any cause beyond Seller's control, including but not limited to, fire, flood, natural disaster, strike, labor dispute, war, terrorism, riots, governmental restrictions, delay in transportation, accident, or inability to obtain labor, material or supplies.

Return Policy

Some materials are not returnable to J&W PharmLab, including leaking or damaged chemicals, items with missing or illegible labels, and opened materials. Returned shipments will not be accepted by Seller unless prior arrangements have been made. If it is necessary to return any materials, contact seller for further instruction. Requests for returns must be made within 2 weeks of Buyer receiving the materials. Up to a 25% restocking fee applies to any returns not resulting from sellers’ actions. The buyer is also still responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Payment

SELLER'S PAYMENT TERMS ARE NET 30 DAYS OF INVOICE, UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED. Accepted methods of payment are company checks, ACH/Wire Transfers, and all major credit cards. Credit Cards must be charged the day an order is processed. All first time Buyers or Buyers who have not ordered within one year will be required to prepay for their first order.

Order Changes/Cancellations

No change or addition by Buyer of any term or condition of this contract shall be binding on Seller. Order changes and cancellations for in stock items are accepted so long as the order has not yet been processed. Orders for items that are on backorder are only able to be cancelled outside of the quoted lead time. If a backorder needs to be cancelled within the quoted lead time there will be a 25% cancellation fee. Buyer must notify Seller of all changes and cancellations ASAP. There are no representations, agreements, promises, or understandings between Buyer and Seller that are not expressed herein.

Claims for Lost or Damaged Shipments

Seller urges Buyer to inspect all packages immediately upon receipt and report any damage, shortage or defect to Seller's Customer Service Department as soon as possible. Claims for any damaged, shorted or defective orders must be made within 2 weeks of Buyer receiving the materials. Delivery of goods to the carrier at Seller's location or to other loading point shall constitute delivery to Buyer, and regardless of shipping terms, all risks of loss or damage in transit shall be borne by Buyer. Should the Buyer receive a damaged, shorted, or defective good please contact the Seller for further instruction.

Quality Assurance

All J&W PharmLab products are sold with a purity of 95%+ unless otherwise indicated. All quality assurance data can be provided to Buyer at time of purchase. Temperature sensitive items are shipped in special insulated boxes on cold packs to ensure quality. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to store all materials, including temperature sensitive items, accordingly once received. Materials must be stored at 20F, cold shipping items 4F until time of use. Any quality concerns should be reported within 2 weeks of receiving the material. Retesting on all materials is done every 3-5 years.

Conditions for Use

All products are for research and development laboratory use only. Products are not for human or animal use. Products are not the origin of any animal, plant or microbial. They are made in our chemistry laboratory from other industry chemical materials. All products should be handled per MSDS. You may obtain a MSDS from our website or request it by email. J&W Pharmlab does not sell dangerous or hazardous goods.
